We offer a 30-day return policy from the date the order is received, excluding custom-ordered products, non-stocked special-order items, used merchandise and mounted wheels and tires. To qualify for a return or exchange, all products must remain unused, unmounted, unaltered, and in original saleable condition with all original packaging included.
Customers must fully inspect and test fit all wheels prior to mounting tires or installation. Mounted wheels are considered used and cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed for fitment issues under any circumstances. “You Mount. You Buy” While our team will gladly assist with fitment guidance, we cannot guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been modified, lifted, lowered, or altered from factory specifications due to unforeseen variables.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping merchandise back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Original outbound shipping charges incurred by Affordable Rims and Tires
• Any applicable re-shipping fees
• Applicable restocking fees
Although we strive to avoid restocking charges whenever possible, certain products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Any applicable fees will be communicated prior to the issuance of an RMA.
Returned merchandise must be packaged properly to prevent shipping damage. Products returned damaged, improperly packaged, incomplete, or not in saleable condition may be denied a refund entirely or may receive only a partial refund.

Wheel finishes are covered by a limited one-year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including peeling, flaking, or blistering of the finish.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Improper installation or mounting
• Road hazards or impacts
• Potholes, curbs, railroad tracks, or uneven road surfaces
• Vehicle accidents or collisions
• Corrosion or discoloration caused by chemicals or harsh cleaners
• Racing, abuse, neglect, or vandalism
• Mechanical defects of the vehicle
• Normal wear and tear
Freight charges, labor costs, mounting, balancing, tire dismounting, or installation expenses are not covered under warranty.
Customers should only clean wheels using mild soap and warm water. Harsh chemicals, acidic wheel cleaners, polishing compounds, coarse abrasives, or cleaning hot wheels immediately after driving may permanently damage the finish and void warranty coverage.
Minor cosmetic imperfections associated with the manufacturing or chroming process are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our customer service team must be notified immediately of delivery due to freight carrier claim requirements.
Customers should not install, mount, or use any product that appears damaged or defective. Claims for damaged wheels will not be accepted once tires have been mounted, as installation-related damage cannot be distinguished from shipping-related damage.
To begin a claim, customers must provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping labels. Additional images or information may be requested depending on the nature of the claim.
Where applicable, Affordable Rims and Tires will work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or exchange of the product at our discretion.
Affordable Rims and Tires is not responsible for:
• Installation or labour charges
• Mounting or balancing costs
• Vehicle downtime
• Additional expenses incurred due to product delays or issues
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct year, make, and model when ordering wheels and accessories. Orders placed incorrectly by the customer may still qualify for return under our standard return policy; however, all related shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.
If inaccurate vehicle fitment information is provided directly by Affordable Rims and Tires or displayed incorrectly on our website, we will take full responsibility and work to correct the issue at no additional cost wherever reasonably possible.
